Now Tellico Marina is managed by Darby Campbell, who is the premier marina operator in the East Tennessee area. The marina has been completely renovated and the marina's popular (BYOB) restaurant, Dockside Grill, is a popular gathering place. There is a new shop with the latest in boating paraphernalia and attire and a new security system with pass code for those who keep a boat here. Other new amenities include free Wi-Fi, new bathrooms with showers and new laundry facilities.

In addition, the marina has on site certified mechanics, gas and diesel fuel, dry storage and wet slips, trailer storage, private launch ramp, pump out at each slip and high pressure year round water.
