Tellico Marina (the “Marina”) is owned by Tellico Marina Company, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“TMC”). It is leased to and operated by Campbell Tellico Marina, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“CTM”). The relationship between TMC and CTM is strictly that of landlord and tenant, and no other relationship (e.g., partnership, joint venturers, associates, etc.) exists. CTM is sole responsible for all aspects of the leasing of slips, maintenance of the Marina, and all other responsibilities associated with the Marina’s operation.

This website is owned by TMC, but has allowed CTM to utilize the same for certain limited purposes including, but not limited to, the posting of slip rental rates. Additionally, some of the other information provided on this website (e.g., rates of renting slips, etc.) has been provided by CTM. TMC makes no representations or warranties regarding the information provided by CTM.
